Just Good Burgers
Ingredients
  - 2 lbs fresh ground beef (preferably never frozen)
 
  - 1 egg
 
  - 1 tbsp burger seasoning or Montreal steak seasoning
 
Directions
  - Preheat grill to 400°F
 
  - In a small bowl, beat egg and stir in seasoning
 
  - Place beef in a large bowl, pouring egg and seasoning mixture on top
 
  - Knead the beef until egg and seasoning is thoroughly mixed in
 
  - Using hands, make 6-8 evenly sized balls from the beef, and press into patties
 
  - Cook on the grill for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway though. Internal temperature should be 165°F when the burgers are done. Enjoy!
