Bacon Breakfast Scramble
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Dice bell pepper and cook in the oil, stirring occasionally until soft
- In a small bowl, beat eggs. Once beaten, stir in milk, black pepper, and paprika
- Add egg mixture to pan, stirring occasionally to prevent eggs from sticking to bottom of the pan
- Once eggs begin to fluff, mix in bacon and cook until eggs are done
- Finally, sprinkle cheese on top and let sit until cheese melts
