Bacon Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Dice bell pepper and cook in the oil, stirring occasionally until soft
  3. In a small bowl, beat eggs. Once beaten, stir in milk, black pepper, and paprika
  4. Add egg mixture to pan, stirring occasionally to prevent eggs from sticking to bottom of the pan
  5. Once eggs begin to fluff, mix in bacon and cook until eggs are done
  6. Finally, sprinkle cheese on top and let sit until cheese melts
