Creamy Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 package cooked deveined shrimp (12 oz)
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat
- Sear shrimp in skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside
- Melt remaining butter on skillet, and stir in garlic salt
- Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 3 minutes
- Stir in cream, return to a simmer
- Add cheese, stirring slowly but constantly, allowing sauce to thicken
- Toss shrimp in and combine, adding salt and pepper to taste
- Serve and enjoy!
