Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Rub

  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to 425°F.
  2. Rinse drumsticks and pat dry
  3. Place drumsticks in a gallon-sized storage bag and pour olive oil over
  4. Seal bag, toss until drumsticks are coated
  5. Sprinkle rub over the drumsticks, seal and toss again until evenly coated
  6. Once grill is heated, cook drumsticks roughly 30-40 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, turning halfway though
