Just Good Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh ground beef (preferably never frozen)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp burger seasoning or Montreal steak seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to 400°F
  2. In a small bowl, beat egg and stir in seasoning
  3. Place beef in a large bowl, pouring egg and seasoning mixture on top
  4. Knead the beef until egg and seasoning is thoroughly mixed in
  5. Using hands, make 6-8 evenly sized balls from the beef, and press into patties
  6. Cook on the grill for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway though. Internal temperature should be 165°F when the burgers are done. Enjoy!
