One Pan (Chicken Sausage)

Ingredients
- 3 raw potatoes (sweet, yellow, red, whichever!)
- 1 package fully-cooked chicken sausage
- Other chopped vegetables (zucchini, broccoli, brussels sprouts, squash, anything!)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Cube sweet potatoes and cover with olive oil
- Place on foil-lined baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes
- Cut chicken sausages into bite-size pieces, likewise for other vegetables
- After potatoes cook for 30 minutes, take out of oven
- Combine potatoes with chicken sausage and remaining vegetables
- Season with onion powder, italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste
- Bake in oven for another 30 minutes, until all vegetables are soft
