Walking Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh ground beef
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 bag Fritos or Nacho Cheese Doritos

Seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Toppings

  • Sliced avocado
  • Diced tomato
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Taco sauce

Directions

  1. Over medium heat, brown and drain beef
  2. Add water, paprika, and chili, garlic, onion powders and stir until combined
  3. Simmer meat for at least 5 minutes to season
  4. In a bowl (or in individual-sized bags), top chips with meat and add desired toppings
